Our Coaching Details:

Rescheduling or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. Without notice, charges will be in full. I'm aware that issues will arise for both of us, so let's agree to stay in integrity and contact as needed.

I do not offer refunds of any monies paid. Simply, the coaching relationship is a professional engagement.

You agree to pay for the entirety of our coaching engagement for all sessions, whether you use your sessions or not.

You will not reuse my materials for financial gain or otherwise distribute them to any third parties.

Your coaching is kept in the strictest professional confidence. You can count on me to uphold the ethics and confidentiality standards of the International Coaching Federation.

I'm committed to being your biggest advocate. I 100% believe in your breakthroughs, and success even when it's messy. If you are willing to commit to transformation, this will truly be a life-changing experience, but you are required to show up ready and willing to play at 200% each session, your results are dependant on it.

Coaching is sometimes a confronting process. I’m committed to encouraging, challenging and supporting you to participate fully in your coaching.

Your actions and decisions are under your control and the outcome is entirely your responsibility. Every session will not always feel like a “home run” but we are both staying on the field to complete the game.

You are responsible for your health and well-being during coaching. If at any time I feel like you could benefit from a professional service outside of coaching, like a therapist, I will share resources with you.
